Player Group Deletions

I am wanting to delete a few of the player groups that no longer seem active so the page can draw attention to those that do. Because there isn't a specific time frame for how long a player group can stay up, I will just delete "The Ranger Outfit" and "The Church of the Pink Mouboo". To my knowledge "The Ranger Outfit" and "The Church of the Pink Mouboo" are both "disappeared" into TMW history and none of the players are presently active. I assume because this is a wiki and has a saved history that should any of the members show back up and question what happened to the player group entry, we should be able to easily retrieve it. Deletion: Jewels of Mana

• I deleted "Jewels of Mana". My justification is based on a brief in game conversation with Dimond, confirming the non-existence of the guild. I have looked at the history of this article and it contains multiple attempts at guild creation, but no attempt to detail a history of retired or other no longer existing guilds. Given the treatment of this article and the lack of space for specific guilds to be added, it suggests no history should be created. I would also like to delete the "Ranger Outfit" have not gotten in touch with any of its suggested membership. I have seen "Chaos Ranger" active, but no one else in the guild. Well we don't have a guild system yet. So guilds can just be created by getting people together and naming your little gang. No need for paying anyone. Modanung 12:15, 15 July 2006 (CEST)

guild idea

I was thinking of starting a "guild" for players who get annoyed at others talking to them while they're hunting. Angry Old Codgers, or some such nonesuch, dedicated to spreading the grouchiness around. :p Anyone else like the idea?Harmsc12 19:57, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

You might want to post guild ideas and suggestions in the forums instead of on player talk. More people read the forums and you won't clutter the "Talk: Player Groups" section with player group ideas. Using a talk section for this page should be geared more for editing already existing player groups into the "Player Groups" section.Wombat 12:52, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
